Spray Coating Unit
Spray Coating Unit is suitable for film coating of tablet and granules. It consists mainly pressure vessel, pneumatic motor with stirrer, spray nozzle assembly and necessary controls. The position of spray nozzle can be adjusted at required angles. The tank is pressurized by compressed air to get uniform atomized conical spray through specially designed S.S nozzle. Needle valves are provided to control air flow and liquid .Vessel top is provided with charging hole, safety valve, pressure gauge, pressure release valve, air inlet and liquid outlets. This unit is useful in flameproof area.
