Air Jet Cleaning Machine
Air Jet Cleaning Machine is a compact unit made of S.S. structure and facilitated with Unscrambler for smooth transfer of container to the Cleaning Section. Air Jet Cleaning Machine works on the principal of synchronized mechanism of backpressure of container fed by the Unscrambler, to reach to the separator assembly, which transfers the container to the cleaning section. Air Jet Cleaning Machine meets the GMP requirements of clean glass and plastic bottles & Jars for non-sterile products like Dry Syrup, Bulk Packing for Tablets & Capsules and cleans / sterilizes each individual Bottle/Jar by air jet & vacuum.
